Hello All!

Hello!  My name is Alissa Weitz, and I am the new Language Arts teacher at Atlanta Charter Middle School.  I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know my new students this past week, and look forward to working closely with them for the remainder of the semester.

From 4/13-4/15, we finished working on our injustice/tragedy poems.  Students worked diligently in class, and formed some remarkable and creative poems!  We shared our poems with the class on 4/16. 

Today (4/17), we start reviewing for the CRCT.  I have put together a CRCT review packet, and we will be working on this in class today and Monday.  CRCT testing begins on Tuesday and will continue throughout the week.
